25 plus years of experience in front and back of the house. I currently am a chef instructor for the past nine years and knowledgeable in catering, event and menu planning. I am a ACF member and have consulted former students in helping them develop their menus for their food trucks.

I have known Chef Glenn Smith for well over 14 years. He was an mature student of mine at The Art Institute of CA-Los Angeles, later to become a colleague and faculty at this school. He has a lot of well rounded experience both for the front of the house and the back of the house. He works on catering functions in his spare time. He was very strong ethic when he was teaching on the management classes, cost control, supervision and management, food and beverage management. He was also strong on the kitchen skills as he has taught introduction to culinary skills, American Regional Cuisine, Latin Cuisine, Asian Cuisine, World Cuisine, Classical Cuisine, Art Culinaire and Ala Carte. He can be counted on to work on most any situation and I always enjoyed working with him. All of his students adored him with his personality and his professional demeanor.
