I have worked in the industry in Portland for 7 years at such establishments as Saucebox, Brasserie Montmartre, and Pause Kitchen. I am familiar with all line positions and have extensive experience in kitchen management, including having held the title of sous chef at Brasserie Montmartre and Pause. In my past jobs I have focused on the use local and sustainable produce, and both traditional French and modern pan-asian styles. I am returning to school this fall and as a result I am looking for a morning position that will accommodate my school schedule. My availability during the coming school year will be Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I have worked breakfast, brunch and prep positions and am confident in my egg cooking skills. I am always excited about learning new jobs and techniques, and working with new people.
