As the title says, I have over 20 in yrs of experience in both realms of entertaining. I was organizing events for up to 1,500 people continuously from 90 until 2000 and have organized locally as well. I was also cheffing in the early 90's b4 the movement of foodies on the east coast (asheville NC) and have also catered locally and privately. My style is a rustic-fusion combo of deep south and old-world low country (hungarian, italian, vietnamese, s carolina, african) I have experience in corporate business and am succesful in operating self employed. I am now ooking for a major change, a complete overhaul to get back into the business with food too as part of that interest Text first and then we can chat please.
