Chef in Calgary, Alberta

Hi everyone, My name is keith and I've been a chef for about 20 years, in Calgary, Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise. I have also worked in Ireland, France, Spain and Australia. I have spent most of this time in restaurants, hotels and private clubs. As a father and husband I have decided to step back from this hectic world, but I would love to continue to share my love of cooking and wealth of knowledge smaller intimate groups of a dozen or less in the clients own home. This could be a cooking class, for you and your friends. An intimate, romantic meal for you and your love. A fun irreverent party. You decide! I have experience with European, Asian, Latin and North American cuisine, as well as smoking, canning, fermentation, and baking, and very slowly working on my wset certification.
