I have worked as a chef on both the east and west coasts now for a total of 10 years. I make a wide variety of cultural dishes, but I specialize in Peruvian, Japanese, Italian, and American cuisine. I have worked in a variety of small, corporate, and pop-up kitchens, most recently having cooked for the Warner Brothers Studio kitchen as well as run my own pop-up Peruvian-American restaurant at a video game store's events. As you can imagine, this has led me to cater to a wide variety of clients and adapt to many different tastebuds. I have my ServSafe food handlers certificate and have also received training from numerous chefs throughout the years. I have flexible availability and my current hourly rate is $30.
