Chef in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts

My name is Peter and I have tons of BOH and Chef experience. I worked in Restaurants for 18 years starting as a dishwasher, then prep cook, moving up the line to fry cook, then a line cook. I was second in charge under the Owner/Head Chef at my last place of employment and also cook in charge of all food for functions which there were tons of! It was a Seafood and high end family restaurant style food at a place sitting on the Ocean on Cape Cod! I also have been practicing my own creations for the last year since I'm my Sick Father's Home Health aide and have to cook all of his meals.
