I have worked from the bottom up with in this industry from dish to creating specials for award winning chefs. My best attributes are creating unique pasta dishes and the curing and smoking of meats, but really enjoy creating healthy dishes using fresh veggies and fresh ingredients. I take great pride in my organization and patience that allows me to really hear what my clients are looking for even if it takes multiple tries.
