My name is Mikhail but prefer Mike, my first job was washing dishes in a greek restaurant and I stayed in the restaurant business. From doing pizza and italian cuisine for 10 years to working at french restaurants, bistros, bars, fast food chains and a hotel. Apart from a few stints at other odds job working customer service at a bank for 13 months was the only other significant thing that I undertook. Learning from my mistakes and from my successes I decided to start my own private chef service. The private catering took over half my time, the other half was dedicaded helping my friend open a now very succesful Italian deli. After going out on my own full-time and learning how to run my own business I am finding that there is still alot that needs to be added to my arsenal in order to be succesful in my career.
