LET'S BREAK BREAD!!! If you love to eat we should meet because I love to cook. I have spent my entire adult life in the Food Service Industry. I have worked in all types of restaurants as an Executive Chef as well as in Restaurant Management. For the past 3 summers I have been working as a Personal Chef on Fishers Island, NY. This Fall and Winter I am seeking a position in Southern Florida. I love working with fresh regional ingredients and I am ideally suited for a situation where there is a broad palette in those I am cooking for. If you seek a creative and varied menu where you love to try new dishes this is the environment in which I flourish.
