Hello there! I'm Gloria, a passionate chef based in sunny Los Angeles, California. With over 10 years of culinary experience, I specialize in creating delectable dishes that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're in need of a personal chef, event caterer, or meal planner, I've got you covered. Born in the US and raised in El Salvador, After culinary school in 2012, I honed my skills as a line cook at Pork Center Restaurant and then as a pastry chef at De Las Gemelas Bakery. In 2014, I moved to Los Angeles to further my culinary career. I started at Linda’s Vegan Kitchen in Burbank, where I refined my techniques and creativity,m, where I focused on plant-based cuisine. At Black Bottom Southern Kitchen, I worked as both a line cook and pastry chef, blending Southern flavors with innovative techniques. In 2018, I joined the Très L.A. Group as a Sous Chef & Event Chef, catering to top celebrities and elite events across Los Angeles. I then expanded my horizons at Event Helpers in Long Beach and later at Good Gracious Events in Los Angeles, where I managed large-scale events and developed new culinary ideas. In October 2023, I returned to Très L.A. Group as Chef de Cuisine at Room Service Neighborhood, collaborating with Consulting Chef Michael Hung to deliver exceptional dining experiences. I’m also thrilled to be one of the owners of Chefs Circle Events, where we craft unforgettable moments for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more.
