From a young age, my grandmother instilled in me the values of Southern hospitality at mealtime and when entertaining. For over 19 years and in a variety of commercial kitchens, I have extended her lessons of generosity and graciousness to menu design, preparation, presentation, and serving. My forte is fine dining, although I enjoy cooking across Asian and Latin cuisines. I am happy cooking for both small families and large crowds and will provide in-home and delivery services. Because I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy delicious food, I will gladly work with clients on special dietary needs.
