Chef Callista was on point: from the appetizers, dining table setting, to her pasta dishes. Chef Callista created the menu, made all the pasta from scratch and presented all the delicious dishes with ease and professionalism. Did I mention the dairy free tiramisu dessert she made to suit my dietary restriction? All my guests raved and devoured it all! It was the best 70th birthday celebration a gal could ask for!

We hired Chef Callista to prepare a celebration dinner for twelve cast, crew and executives, following the Los Angeles premiere of our new film. She did an amazing job with her Asian influenced take on grilled London Broil with a soy and citrus glaze, plus all the fixings. Delicious veggie options for the non meat eaters too. She was on time and on budget and made an already exciting evening that much better. You can’t go wrong when Chef Callista is in charge of the menu!

We love Callista's creativity!! While the quality, presentation, and taste of her work is outstanding, it is her creativity that really sets her aside.
We have used her on multiple occasions for home events ranging from 12 to 60 people. Every event she managed for us was a smashing success and our guests and family members would rave about her work for weeks. She comes prepared, is amazingly well organized in the kitchen, and is also fun to work with. Callista has always respected our timeline and our budgets. In fact, she will recommend options for us that make for a better meal while staying within budget.
Her baking is off the charts amazing. This is where she shines and she never ceases to amaze us with her new cakes, pies, etc.
We continue to be impressed by her efficiency in the kitchen and in keeping things moving in sometimes hectic conditions. She is unfazed by "curveball" events and just adjusts to new conditions without ever appearing to be flustered or without a plan B.
We love working with Callista, and are sure others will be too.
