I have a B.S. In Food Science and Human Nutrition. I have worked front and back of house in several restaurants; also ran my own catering business for several years. My passion is, whole unprocessed foods, expertly prepared. I use no artificial ingredients in my cooking. All the food additives and preservatives make our bodies sick. I STRONGLY believe in a diet high in anti-oxidant foods. Eating the right food in balanced portions is essential to a healthy mind and body. Our commercial food system is killing us. The US government is okay with that because processed food is a money machine. Everyone is entitled to have this knowledge and OPPOSE it. My ultimate goal is to EDUCATE anyone who desires the knowledge to make healthy food choices.
