Hi there, my name is Zach Dies and I am a seasoned Chef. Ive spent the last 9 years in the countries top 100 restaurants and that has pushed me to learn numerous cuisines and have the very best mentors and Chefs. I graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu’s Grand Diploma program and have dedicated myself to try and perfecting the traditional techniques. Having such success at a young age in behemoths of kitchens from a 44 course tasting menu at Atelier to the Canadian staple Canoe which specialized in local cuisine in an amazing atmosphere and food. I am confident that I can quickly perform tasks with precision and fit your culinary needs whatever they may be. I have been in the industry since I was 17 and worked my way up from dishwasher to Executive Chef moving between Ottawa and Toronto priding myself in the quality of ingredients and the connections that I have made. I own a vast collection of my own equipment and am able to provide anything from a fine dining tasting experience, a backyard bbq or even meal preps or dinners for you and your family!
