Grew up barefoot in the kitchen as, my mom was a chef. I have over 35 years in the business working with amazing chefs along the way. Experienced in many different cuisines and platforms as well as up on current trends. I'm looking to be creative on a daily basis and not stuck to a fixed menu and the grind of 70-80 hour work weeks 7 days a week. Creating amazing flavor profiles is my passion as well as tweeking some of the classics and putting my twist on them.
