I've spent 10 years as a chef working for private clients and restaurants. I specialize in dinner parties, small casual weddings, wine pairing events, large family meals, cocktail parties, and provisioning and catering for day sails. My style is consultative. I listen to my clients' desires and produce menus that are delicious, stylish and logistically sane for the clients' budgets. As a certified Wine Consultant I enjoy doing paired wine dinners and low-key wine tastings (with food) that are educational but most of all, fun. As a former educator I love teaching cooking classes for adults and kids. Cuisine genres I am most familiar with include Italian, French, Latin American, Eastern European, Mexican, Barbecue, Kosher and Cuban to name a few.
