Hi, I'm Chef Shelley. I have many years of experience working as a chef at Canyon Ranch Health Resort and Red Mtn Resort. I specialize in healthy clean cooking and special dietary needs. I am familiar and experienced with detox, elimination diets, vegan, vegatarian, gluten free and many more. I do personal chef work (prepare meals for the week), cooking demonstrations, yoga retreat cook, dinner parties and hands on cooking classes.
