Cooking has always been a part of my life. Growing up with a chef for a dad, I spent countless hours in the kitchen watching him create some amazing dishes that he loved to share with his family. Eventually, I picked up the chef knife myself. Since then, food has become more than just a passion, it’s who I am. I’ve always loved the challenge of improving my craft and finding new ways to connect with people through food. One of the most defining experiences in my culinary journey was owning a small restaurant in Mexico. My entire menu was fried dough with both sweet and savory toppings, constantly experimenting with flavors and ideas. Running my own restaurant taught me how to create menus, adapt to my customers’ preferences, and craft dishes that people came back for again and again. It was an unforgettable experience that deepened my love for the art of cooking and gave me some fun, hands-on experience. These days, my food ranges from comfort food to dishes from around the world. I love creating meals that spark emotion, whether they remind someone of a memory from their childhood or even just to introduce them to something new. My approach to cooking is simple: every dish should tell a story and bring joy to those who enjoy it. I focus on fresh, quality ingredients and crafting meals that feel personal and full of flavor.
