I’m Myranda, but it’s easier to yell “Randy” across a kitchen, so most people do. I’m an ingredient and seasonally inspired chef with a light-hearted and nostalgic approach to food. I cook with Italian influence, but am ready to tackle any cuisine you’re craving. I have been working and learning in kitchens for 10 years and am excited to bring that knowledge and skill to your table.
In addition to my general cooking experience, I am an avid baker and a private dining chef. I can incorporate cakes, crepes, quiche, and more into my brunch menus or make you a treat for your sweet tooth after dinner. My private dining experience can come in handy for hosting parties, dinners, or any small event you may need catered.
