My name is chef Cody, I have been in the industry for over a decade and have been a private chef for almost 4 years now. My career has been spent honing my skills in Mediterranean cuisine with a particular focus on Italian food. Working for Italian chefs, Italian restaurants and eventually moving, living and working in Italy. My particular style of Italian food is eclectic- Utilising aspects from places like the Amalfi Coast, Sicily, Milan and Florence (This all being said, I have been cooking in kitchens for over around 10 years and have cooked most cuisines, this is just a focus of mine). Currently ending a project with a visiting client from Europe and am looking for new clients in the beverly hills area.
