Chef in Toronto, Ontario

For relevant experience, I have spent the last three summers as a private Chef for a family in Muskoka, as well as on retainer for holidays and significant events. This experience was very much about food and hospitality, anticipating the exacting needs of the family and their guests, from a range of dietary and religious requirements to time-specific meals. In this role, as the private chef I was at their disposal 24 hours a day, cooking for up to twenty-two, and as few as one, in settings ranging anywhere from court-side and dock-side, to intimate moments in their own kitchen. Being a private chef means going above and beyond, always being and providing what the family and guests require while also displaying unflinching loyalty and discretion. In terms of the food itself, I can say all day that my style is progressive and creative, but the reality is that most of all, cooking for a family, friends and clients is focused first on their preferences and what they like, then a layer of panache if the situation will allow.
