Hello! My name is Penelope Grace and I am a New Mexico raised, New York based private chef. I have worked in professional kitchens for ten years, but grew up in a kitchen with my very food centered family. My experience ranges from farm-to-table restaurants and butcher shops to high end fine dining for private celebrity clients. While I specialize in seasonal cuisine, and always choosing the freshest, highest quality ingredients I have training in every cuisine, including speciality diets and baking (both savory and sweet). Many of the families I have worked for have had small children as well as travel, so I am an expert at thinking on my feet and creating food even the pickiest eaters will love. Beyond my culinary abilities I have been told that my demeanor in private homes is delightful and upbeat, while remaining professional and discrete. I offer services ranging from large parties, plated multi-course meals and full time service to weekly pre-prepped meals and snacks for busy individuals. My goal above all else is to leave my client beyond satisfied, and excited to eat my food again.
