Hello, food lovers! My name is Sam Ikenson and I am a passionate young chef with years of experience in the kitchen. I am self taught, but have also worked in DC as a line cook at Millies, a delicious and reputable restaurant. I currently am working a full time job, but am very open to part time or contracting work on the side. I can make almost anything you can think of, and do so at quite a high level. If you'd like a glimpse into my culinary mind, I have some of my creations posted on instagram @samsonsplates. However, this is just a small piece of what I am capable of. I would love to help meal prep, cater small events, or even just teach you how to cook a few of your favorite recipes. I have experience with this as well as I started and ran a catering business in college, while still juggling classes. My rates vary, but I am sure you will be satisfied with anything I make for you! I look forward to fulfilling any hunger you may have, and making any event one to remember!
