I began my culinary journey in 2009, and it has been an incredible experience that I've fully embraced. My expertise encompasses Italian, Neo-American, fusion, and Creole cuisines, and I thrive on developing innovative menus and concepts that excite and inspire. While I enjoy the art of pastry, my true passion lies in crafting mouthwatering hot dishes. I take pride in being hardworking and dedicated, having worked in every position within the restaurant industry. This comprehensive experience has deepened my passion for my craft. As a small farmer, I am a strong advocate for farm-to-table practices, sourcing fresh produce and livestock to elevate my culinary creations. Additionally, I have successfully honed my skills in food production and manufacturing, creating a line of artisanal jarred goods—including jams, jellies, pickled fruits and vegetables, and giardinieras—that I sell at local markets. I am committed to lifelong learning and growth, both as a chef and as an individual. This is my passion, and I plan to continue on this path for the rest of my life. I’m eager to connect with inspiring individuals in the food service industry and am on the lookout for that brand or restaurant that will be my final, remarkable venture!
