I have been working as a professional chef for over 12 years in Houston and abroad. Throughout my career I have focused on fine dining farm to table cuisine and have worked at some notable Houston restaurants in closing Oxheart and almost 2 years as the chef de cuisine at Better Luck Tomorrow.
I have lots of experience working with local farmers to source products, and cooking a number of different cuisines including Italian, American Southern, Tex-Mex, Vietnamese, Thai, and New American.
As I have progressed in my career, I learned that I really enjoy interacting with customers being able to tailor a meal to their specific dietary requirements or preferences without sacrificing fresh and bold flavors. In my current job, I regularly hold private cooking events for company team building exercises and private celebrations. I hope that these experiences make me the right chef for your event.
