I have three years of personal chef experience, and I have so much more experience in restaurants and teaching cooking. I am also a professional farmer, and I spend my summers managing farms all over America so that I can gain experience and knowledge with all kinds of ingredients. I currently live in the Pico/Robertson neighborhood! I have experience cooking for all kinds of clients: celebrities, families, pregnancies, college dorms, and more! I specialize in farm fresh ingredients and sustainable/mindful eating. Recently, while living in Wisconsin for the Summer, I made a delicious pasta primavera with farm fresh zucchini, rainbow tomatoes, onions, and garlic. I always grow all my own herbs and I got some locally grown olive oil to make the garlic sauce! I even made the pasta from scratch with whole wheat flour and eggs from my own chickens!
