Hello my name is Chinere Troy . I have worked in the food industry for over 10 years starting with being a server for my mother's catering service . Later working in the hospital kitchen and golden Coral. Years later I went to obtain a culinary degree. While Working in NYC restaurants. Getting my feet wet. Learning quick the business is only for the tough. Upon graduation , I acquired a job with the world reknowned restaurant Le Cirque. It was like school all over LoL. I became a sponge and learned so much not just about cooking and food but business. Which gave me the courage to start my own catering services, going on five years. I have had every position in the kitchen from Executive chef to dishwasher. I know what it takes to run a kitchen. I have worked in Le Cirque to Jean George kitchen. I CAN COOK !!!!
