Pamela received the highest level of culinary instruction and professional immersion at Le Cordon Bleu Paris – the internationally recognized and accredited institution established in Paris, 1895. Pamela represented her graduating class as student delegate and served as liaison between the administration and master chef instructors. She also pursued additional studies in wine studies, and is certified in food and wine pairing. As a Private Chef, Pamela has mastered combining haute cuisine and clean eating. She has also served as personal chef, banquet chef, chef instructor, and wine expert. She excels at exceeding client expectations ranging from daily meals to formal events and performing a variety of chef demonstrations.
