I'm Chef Rashida and while I have been a little bit of everywhere, I'm now living and based out of Stafford, Virginia. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and have over 9 years of experience in my field, serving a variety of dishes and clientele, from pan-seared duck breast at country clubs and resorts to pan-fried chicken at the kitchen table. We all love to eat, but don't always have the time or energy to cook the way we'd like. That's where I come in. I offer private cheffing, personal shopping, meal planning, small event catering and more. For meal prep each week's menu reflects the seasonal market; food that is fresh, nutritious and delicious.
