My cooking reflects the regions that raised me. I'm a classically French trained chef, however my perception of food aligns closer with Italian food philosophies. After graduated from an environmental science program I took on culinary school at George Brown, leading me to varied experiences in the city, cooking in Spanish, Eastern European and French kitchens through out Toronto's neighbourhood. I want to make interesting creative food from local ingredients and use this to bridge the gap between high quality and comfort food.
