Personal Statement
Few years ago and after many successful dinner parties for friends where I was requested to come and cook on site homemade meals prepared with Love (my key ingredient), I decided to create my own business.
For each event, I customize a menu based on the occasion : Cocktail dinner parties, Office lunches, Open houses (madeleines baking in the oven uniquely fragrance the house as guests arrive), cooking classes for children twice a week at a summer camp, birthday parties with themes such as “An afternoon in Paris”, and so forth.
I believe that attractive meals prepared with fresh, organic, colorful ingredients is important for everyone.

Culinary
High level of personal cleanliness and a comprehensive understanding of how to comply with all relevant food and safety standards.
Keeping abreast of development in cuisine, mostly French, by reading about & trying new recipes on a weekly basis.

Most recent : March 2016 to October 2017, chef at Paradigm Malibu
Daily preparation of healthy snacks, lunch & dinners for 20 clients and staff (50 on Family Day), offering variety of options to accommodate specific diets (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free, lactose free). Placing of orders with our food vendors (Sysco,West Central). Stocking, cleaning, organizing of the kitchen.
