Chef in Ashland, Oregon

I am a french trained Master Chef with more than a decade of cooking at private ranches, aboard private/charter yachts, and at high end sporting destinations. I primarily concentrate on modern American cuisine but am known for my treatment of wild fish and game, heritage meats, and local indigenous crops. I am as comfortable cooking for corporate groups as I am families and can provide additional staff for groups of 40 or more. My references include the security staff of US and foreign political leaders; I provide service and cuisine of unquestionable quality.
