I am a 34 year old talented, culinary professional looking to break out on his own. I've got more than a decade's experience working in various kitchens, mostly high volume, up-scale casual styles of dining establishments.. I spend a lot of my free time teaching myself at home different culinary techniques that I haven't had the occasion to use at work.. I have a background in Italian, French, Mexican , and Asian styles of cooking and still trying to increase the number of dishes in my repertoire. Working as a private chef will give me the time I would like to focus on the food itself and not how fast I can get out 2oo dishes. I have catered one wedding, and just looking for more chances to show what I can do on a more personal level I can prep meals for the whole week or just come in for the occasional meal or dinner party.
