I am knowledgeable in the following, but not limited to : American, Irish, Chinese, Hispanic, Indian, Japanese, Pastry, Baking, Deserts, Ice Cream, Vegan, Raw Vegan, Gluten Free, Diabetic Diets, And all food related allergies and dietary requirements.
