Ido was employed as Chef at our award winning Restaurant in Cape May. He is extremely capable and highly likable. He works well under pressure and leads his staff by example. Ido left us to persue study of nutrition and diet and he is very knowledgeable in that field. While in our employ Ido catered many in home dinners and small to medium sized catering events. Guests were thrilled with his presentations. He is a great employee and great guy.

Ido is a hard working talented chef. I miss his food!! He is creative and strives to make healthy dishes. I would hire him if I needed a chef!

Ido Shapiro has worked for my family as a personal chef for holidays over the last 3 years. We are a family of 11. Ido has come to my Florida home and cooked for us for Christmas week. My son-in-law has a strong allergy to the entire onion family. Ido cooks all our food from scratch so he can eat everything. Ido is also fun to talk to while he cooks. Ido is passionate about food and using food to keep people healthier.
