I have over 30 years experience in the food industry from the front of the house to the back. My experiences is in customer service, culinary science, nutrition, menu development, research & development, kitchen design, franchise relations, contract negotiations, wine history, liquor knowledge, training, P&L, budget managing, bungle marketing, and the list continues. I enjoy what I do and work to reach every budgetary goal set in place. I am a leader in and out of the kitchen. My best work comes with purchasing and culinary science. My free time is spent on my kids and my family.
