Hi everyone, I am Umut. I would like to mention about my self a little bit, cause I like to share my experiences with you gastronomy lovers.I started my hospitality journey when I was 14 year old at Tourism and Vacation High School. This 4 years high school education was very interesting for me, I learnt basics of sectors. First time, I worked in 5 stars hotel as an internship. My first experience was at Kalyon Hotel.Than, I worked at Swissotel Bosphorus. I experienced to work in Fine Dining hotel restaurant. After that, I started to Yeditepe University, Fine Arts Faculty, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. I met with many worthy Gastronomy experts and I learnt a lot of things from them in my university. During my university education I did 2 more internship. One of them was at Hyatt Regency in Vue Restaurant which is Peru Cuisine. In 2017, I moved to Canada and started my Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management education. While i am studying, i work as a line cook at Baxters Landing/Landing Group since May 2018.i was Sous Chef at Tapagria Spanish Tapas Restaurant. I have been living in ,Oshawa/Canada since 2017.
