With more than 10 years’ experience in the culinary arts profession, I offer a variety of services from home meal prepping, to culinary classes, to luxury and private culinary experiences that specialize in intimate dining and small-scale events. With my extensive global traveling background and distinctive palate as well as keen eye for detail and quality, I am well versed in creating many traditional and nutritional cuisines at a high level. I am a graduate from Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida, and The Florence of University of Arts in Florence, Italy. I am a recent winner of Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games and was a contestant on Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay. Most recently, I was selected as an assistant chef for the 2023 Team USA Culinary Olympic Team for the Bocuse d’Or International Culinary Competition held in Lyon, France! I have operated in a multitude of operations ranging from hotels and restaurants to intimate and private settings. Some of my previous background experiences include: The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, The Food Network, The James Beard Foundation, Forbes Publications, Bon Appetite Publications and The American Culinary Federation.
