I started off in my Nonna’s restaurant as a small child cooking in her kitchen. Cooking is life to me & I make food sing. I believe in serving delicious, & nutritious meals that taste very culinary whether they are Latin, Southern, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, BBQ or from some other delicious form of your imagination. Healthy doesn’t have to taste like cardboard. It’s all in the fresh spices & herbs you use! Hate fish? Me too so I created a way to make fish taste like it’s not fish. Simple by using coconut, herbs & my special ingredients. My fish is so known among my family & friend’s even their kid’s eat it! Do you like dessert but, want it to be healthy? Try one of my yogurt treats that taste phenomenal! Want pasta but, not the guilt? Try my healthy veggie pasta which is so guilt free you can have a couple of servings. It’s less than 200 calories per serving. Whatever you want I can make for you. If you want to lose weight my last client lost 15 pounds in less than a month & btw he drank alcohol too!
