I do this mainly through healthy meal prep, assisting in food shopping and catering to their dietary needs and preferences! I have multiple years of experience preparing and operating the production of healthy food, supporting other’s through daily holistic health and wellness practices through my certification in Traditional Herbal Medicine and Holistic Approaches to health, being actively involved in local small food business scene, and teaching instructional workshops on food prep, both professionally and privately.
