My name is Brad and I have been a chef for nearly twenty years. My experiences range from bars and hotels to assisted living communities and restaurants. I have helped open brand new hotels as well as senior living establishments both domestically as well as in Europe. My cooking style is very much scratch and organic where possible. Whether at work or at home, I try to grow as many different herbs and truly believe that our food is the very essence of life. At 35, I am looking to step away from the corporate world and do more of the cooking that I want to do. I love menu creation and pushing the envelope with new and exciting cuisines. I also want to enjoy more time with my two boys who are growing a little too fast for my liking.
