Im a professional chef with broad range of cuisine specialities to share in a variety of venues. I am fully knowledgeable and certified in the safe handling of food and keeping food areas sanitized. Also studied professional with an understanding of how to adapt to food to taste, diets, culture. I maintain a high level of customer service whether working in a household for a corporation. And constantly looking for new and exciting to enhance meals with fresh recipes varieties and plating arrangement. I am very grateful, I had a chance to grow with chef Wolfgang Puck. I had a chance to become an executive chef for few of his restaurants and eventually became the corporate chef who over saw all his catering and restaurants in the united states. Although I don't have any full-time experience as a private chef, I have experience helping as chef for high end clients such as Oprah Winfrey, Jimmy Iovine, Ryan Seacrest to name a few.
