Hello, my name is Cesar. I have graduated from NY Food, a culinary school in 2003, located in union square park. I have worked all over the city in well known and established restaurants (TAVERN ON THE GREEN, ROSA MEXICANA, UPTOWN BRAISERIE by Marcus Samuelsson) I just finished a temp job and I'm trying out this new service to residents of NYC. Have you ever wanted to come home to a nice home cooked meal? No take out or delivery. Wouldnt you like to pick and choose what you want to eat? Something light on Monday, maybe something rich on Friday. You pick what you want, I come cook and clean for you. Leave everything prepared in your fridge, with instructions (if necessary) on how to reheat. I can prep your food for the next 2 - 3 days.
