Hello my name is Joshua Holmes and I am a great chef. I started my career off by going to the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco California 20 years ago. I did my internship at Chez Panice with Chef Alice Waters in Berkeley California. I learned all about healthy delicious farm to table food. Since than I have worked at many restaurants and I currently own a successful catering business. What I bring to your table is 20 years of knowledge, and a love and passion that shows up in the food that I create. I can do a daily menu or create a beautiful dinner party for you and your friends.
