I am a very passionate person, yet I have learned everything on the job, I I've worked under various chefs, in multiple regions, in traditional Quebec French cuisine, Spanish, French fusion, Greek, Chinese. I have a variety of experiences from these different types of cuisine, my knowledge isnt limited to cooking, I have great experience in baking, all types of fine baked good, I have large knowledge in vegetarian foods, dishes, sauces. I am searching for not just any restaurant, but rather a place that I can properly utilize my skills accordingly, and to my fullest potential, I am a very hard worker.
