I can cook a large variety of cuisines but I specialize in Mediterranean. I can cook pretty much anything desired. I like to be very creative in my dishes that I cook, and presentation is key when it comes to serving my food, I make sure everything on the plate is top notch. I will refuse to serve nothing less than the best. Im also a very funny out going guy, I love creating a good, fun enviorment for the people whom I cook for. At the end of the day as long as my customers are happy with what they are served and it puts a smile in their face, then that is when I know I have done a job well done.
