I have a background of culinary school, farming, herbal training and health coaching. I approach food as medicine. I attended Culinary Institute of Charleston in 2010. Working in many types of restaurants and truly found my appreciation of true farm-to-table working on farms to then growing a large portion of my food. I am a clinical herbal student, as well, and focus on nutrition in my practice. I offer in-depth conversations to personalize the dietary needs of my clients.
