I obtained my AAS from LeNotre Culinary Institute in Houston, Tx in 2016. I have my own catering service where I provide catering services. I am trained in French cuisine but I am well rounded. Whatever your taste buds want or need I can provide. I cook every dish no matter how big or small with local organic ingredients. I also, cater to vegan and special diet needs. I grocery shop and run small errands as well. If you have an older family member with special dietary needs, I can also cater to them. I worked as a Dietary Manager for 5yrs in a nursing home.
