I have spent about 50% of my career in the back of house which included some amazing kitchens and chef experiences and 50% of my career in the front of the house from management, serving, planning events, selling, and exceeding guest’s expectations.
Like so many professionals in this climate of Covid-19, I have had to reinvent myself.
However, I’m happy because it brings me back to doing my true passion.
Sharing my love of cooking, and wonderful food experiences with others.
I can prepare in my kitchen or yours, and do all shopping needed. I have an open schedule of availability. Based on your needs, I work with a team of the front house professionals as well for large scale events.
