I am multifaceted in the kitchen and have worked in both restaurants and production and event catering. I have worked in Canadaas well as many years abroad. I have also taught cooking in a small vocational school as well as personal one on one lessons for clients. I have also done prepared meals for clients and their families on the side. Am easy going and comfort food is my favorite to cook. My last position was the executive chef of a catering company in downtown Toronto for the last nine years.
